Key responsibilities

Sales Specialist for Hospitals

  • Plan and prioritise sales activities towards achieving agreed targets,
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate sale proposals and follow up procedure,
  • Maintain accurate records for all customers/prospects on Salesforce,
  • Arrange external customer visits when appropriate,
  • Report to Consultancy Manager as required,
  • Liaise and communicate with internal colleagues as appropriate to procedure,
  • Contacting existing customers to discuss repeat work and raising proposals where necessary,
  • Liaising with customers to schedule monitoring program,
  • Effectively working with the Consultancy Team,
  • Organising despatch and collection of sampling devices to/from customer sites,
  • Collecting customer feedback and passing on leads for cross-selling.

  • Ability to interpret data to produce accurate results and reports

  • A probation period of 3 months


  • £25,000 basic + OTE of £4,500 uncapped
