Key responsibilities

Sales Specialist for Hospitals

  • Plan and prioritise sales activities towards achieving agreed targets,
  • Develop new customers through appropriate cold calls, sales visits, proposals and follow up activities,
  • Visit clients within the North Area, wherever an on-site visit is required to demonstrate products,
  • Contact existing customers to discuss product satisfaction and to explore additional sales opportunities with them,
  • Maintain accurate records for all customers/prospects/opportunities on Salesforce,
  • Report to the Product Sales Manager, as required,
  • Liaise and communicate with internal colleagues as appropriate,
  • Where required, attend events/exhibitions to help promote the product range,
  • Effectively work with the Product Sales Team,
  • Collect customer feedback and pass on leads for cross-selling.

  • A probation period of 3 months


  • £24,200 basic + OTE of £2,200 uncapped Pro Rata
