Job Vacancy Title: Product Sales Account Manager

Work location: Field-based UK-wide/Sheffield office

Reporting to: Product Sales Manager

Department/Division: Product Sales Division

This permanent role will give you the opportunity to sell cutting-edge medical products to hospitals for a business that has been established for over 20 years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritise sales activities towards achieving agreed targets,
  • Develop new customers through appropriate cold calls, sales visits, proposals and follow up activities,
  • Visit clients wherever an on-site visit is required to demonstrate products and carry out air quality monitoring to establish a need for those products,
  • Contact existing customers to discuss product satisfaction and to explore additional sales opportunities with them,
  • Maintain accurate records for all customers/prospects/opportunities on Salesforce,
  • Report to the Product Sales Manager, as required,
  • Liaise and communicate with internal colleagues as appropriate,
  • Where required, attend events/exhibitions to help promote the products,
  • Effectively work with the Product Sales Team,
  • Collect customer feedback and pass on leads for cross-selling.

  • A probation period of 3 months


  • Between £26,000 to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

Working hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, plus additional hours where required for travel to clients and exhibition attendance.
